Pricing: We do not set, control, or guarantee pricing for concrete services. All quotes and final pricing are determined exclusively by Inner Loop Construction.
Service Availability: We cannot guarantee that Inner Loop Construction will accept your project, be available within your desired timeline, or service your specific location.
Service Quality: While we partner with experienced contractors, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or compliance of any work performed.

4. Limitation of Liability

8. Non-Circumvention

If you are connected with Inner Loop Construction through our referral service, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from your initial contact. This means:

You will not attempt to work with Inner Loop Construction in a way that avoids our referral arrangement
You will not refer Inner Loop Construction to other parties for commercial concrete work during this period without our prior written consent
This non-circumvention applies to projects initiated or discussed during the 24-month period, even if work begins after the period expires
